I’m Donia Ackad, originally from Shanghai, and a lifelong foodie with a deep love for healthy, authentic food. For years, I’ve dreamed of creating a modern Asian kitchen that brings real Shanghai flavors to life in a way that is fresh, bold, and made with care.

 

Blade-Shanghai is that dream, made real — an extension of Blade 1936, reimagined as a fast-casual spot with a modern twist. We serve fresh-made ramen, crispy Sheng Jian Bao (Shanghai pan-fried buns), savory wontons, and pot stickers — all made fresh daily, with no preservatives and no shortcuts.

 

There’s nothing like this at Oceanside. It’s quick and affordable, and a better alternative to fast food with real flavor and real roots.
